Calvin taught the plan of salvation and then lived it which strenghtened our testimonies of it

In 1979, Cal was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.  He drew close to the Savior with all night prayers.  He drew close to his family.  His faith, Mom's faith, the family's faith and the tender mercy of the Lord prolonged his life until August 1982.

Each Memorial Day the Cook family would gather at the family graves in Elysian Gardens.  Dad would talk about the resurrection, the plan of salvation and how beautiful it was there.
The Cook's still meet at the graves on Sunday of Memorial Weekend.

Dad has stayed near the family.  Many have felt his watchful care.
